If you are in any way disappointed with a product you ordered or just decided you don’t need it, we'll replace it or refund your money, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We would gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up.
All other returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We will refund 100% (less a $5.95 flat rate shipping charges) on any items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will issue store credit if products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in re-sellable condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that some products may have a small restocking fee or may not be returnable. Any product (s) with a restocking fee, or is not eligible for return will be clearly identified in the product description.
Note: Because the return policy differs on some products, each product page must be read carefully for returns related to that product.
An Additional shipping fee may be charged after order is processed and shipped if shipping information is not accurate.
We cannot accept returns for any items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Closeout items cannot be returned or refunded.

Refused and Non-deliverable
NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on any International orders if the order has been refused by buyer due to duties and fees by customs.
In the event the delivery is refused by your resident or business or FedEx cannot deliver after three attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, Yoga Accessories Outlet is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 10% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or by company check. If you received a discount of free shipping you will be charged for the initial shipping charge too.
We offer a flat rate $5.95 FedEx return shipping label per package (restrictions may apply).
The Return Process
Please call us toll free at (866) 998-8732 to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization code. (RMA) This code is needed to correctly identify your original order and correctly credit your refund.
We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to ship your return back to us, (Our discounted $5.95 Flat Rate FedEx shipping rate will be deducted from your return credit. *Restrictions Apply).
Just box up the item (s) to be returned in the original box, place the pre-paid label on it and drop it off at your local FedEx store
Once the item (s) have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item (s), less the cost of the return shipping fee(s).
*Our discounted $5.95 FedEx Flat Rate Return shipping cost is only valid on non-wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are considered when wholesale tier pricing has been achieved, tier pricing is considered when 3 or more of the same items have been purchased.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for our $5.95 FedEx Flat Rate Return Shipping; we will be more than happy to send you a prepaid FedEx label discounted to our cost to offset the high cost found at your local FedEx or UPS store.
By accepting and using the pre-paid FedEx shipping label provided by Kakaos.com, the customer agrees to pay any and all return shipping charges.

Please be sure to properly insure your package(s) if you decide to ship your order back on your own, FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance up to $100 per package, although you may want to purchase additional insurance if your product (s) value is higher. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Some items (such as clothing, blankets, DVDs/CDs, or health and beauty items) may have special return policies. Items with a different or unique return policy or procedure are clearly marked on their respective product pages. Due to the freshness of some of the ingredients used in our health and beauty products, some items may only be returned within a limited time-frame. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed online; you must call our customer service department at (866) 998-8732. You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only if it has not been shipped. Please remember that we process orders directly at our warehouse within minutes of receiving your paid order. If we are unable to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact us ASAP
We automatically ship Web orders to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. For other international orders, please contact us via email at Sales@Kakaos.com or call us toll free at (866) 998-8732 Please note that for orders to Canada, Mexico and many other countries, tax, duty, brokerage, and other fees may be applied by customs which will NOT be refunded. Also note that all orders ship as one order, if one items is delayed, we will delay the whole order until the order can ship complete.
