Damaged In Transit / Defective Product

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item please call us toll free at (866) 998-8732 for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA) as soon as possible, if it was damaged in transit or is defective. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and return authorization tag and replace the item immediately at no extra charge.

You may return your item (s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
