During this Covid 19 pandemic we are still accepting returns. Your return will take an extra 5 to 7 days to process as we allow the packages to naturally disinfect.

Our No-Hassle No Questions Asked 30-day money back guarantee policy. If you are in any way disappointed with a product you ordered, we'll replace it or refund your money, simply contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase for your Return Merchandise Authorization code. (RMA). If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide a replacement at no charge and arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up. We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Before You Return Just give us a call to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization code. (RMA) This code is needed to correctly identify your original order and correctly credit your refund. All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
- Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping fees
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Clearance items cannot be refunded or returned.
- We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada).
- Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
Please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, you may want to purchase additional insurance as they only insure up to $100 per package . The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it for a nominal fee. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when being returned.
Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed.

We cannot accept item (s) where the original packaging has been removed or the product has been used, the reason we cannot accept these returns is although the item may not be damaged, we are not able to resale the item as new. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. We will refund on items that are returned in new condition with original packaging intact.
Large orders and all wholesale orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 5%
We are not able to accept returns on international orders.
International Order Note:
UPS or FedEx will attempt to deliver and collect the brokerage, duties and or taxes three (3) times, If the shipment is refuse on the third attempt; the package will be considered abandon by the customer and no credits or refunds will be made.
Due to high return cost The Yoga Warehouse will not accept refused or returns on International order, The reason is due to the high cost of returning the items and the secondary return brokerage fees

All cancellations must be made within 6 hours of order placement, if order has been processed or shipped a restocking fee of up to 10% will be charged, this cost only covers our fees to locate the order and or return the order and have the order restocked into inventory, if order has been shipped, shipping and return shipping fees will be the reasonability of the buyer.
Refused and Non-deliverable
In the event the delivery is refused by your resident or business or FedEx cannot deliver after three attempts, you will be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee. Unfortunately, when a delivery is refused, The Yoga Warehouse is charged shipping charges by the carrier for the initial shipment to you, and then charged again for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Both shipping charges will be deducted from your initial order as well as 10% of the order subtotal as a restocking fee. The remainder of the order will then be refunded to your credit card or by company check. If you received a discount of free shipping you will be charged for the initial shipping charge too.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you must contact us, and you must report it to the carrier within three (3) days of receipt of item (s).
Important Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges.
If you decide to use your own shipping service, Please carry insurance on your returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged while being returned. It is your responsibility to properly insure your package(s). The three major shipping carriers DHL, Fed Ex and UPS include insurance up to $100.00; please make sure you carry the correct amount of insurance coverage to cover the item(s).
The US Postal Service does NOT include insurance, so we advise, if you use this service, that you please purchase this coverage.
